    New to the Hosted Buyer Programme? Here is a quick overview of what to expect:

    Step 1 – Register your interest

    Please be advised that this is NOT an application form, nor does it guarantee your place on the programme.

    This is simply a first step that lets us know you are interested. Your registration form will be reviewed in line with the Hosted Buyer qualifying criteria.

    Step 2 – Application Form

    If you meet the specified requirements and are qualified by the WTM team for the Hosted Buyer Programme, you will be sent an application form to complete. Expect the form to take 10 – 15 minutes.

    Upon completion of your application, you will be charged a non-refundable $5 application fee.

    Payment must be completed for your registration form to be considered.

    *Completion of payment is also an indication that you agree to our Terms & Conditions (LNK).

  • Step 3 – Appointment Preferencing & Match Making

    A big part of the Hosted Buyer programme is the appointment match-making system.

    I. Appointment Preferencing: you will be asked to select the exhibitors you would like to meet in order of preference. Exhibitors are invited to do the same.

    II. Appointment Match Making: Once preferencing is complete, we then run an appointment match resulting in what we call ‘pre-scheduled appointments’. This makes up half of your appointment diary.

    III. Self-Scheduled Appointments: Following the pre-scheduled appointment match-making, the floor is open for buyers and exhibiters to directly request meetings with each other via the appointment match-making platform. You will be able to request, approve and even decline appointments until you meet the minimum required amount of 10 appointments per show day.

    Step 4 – Final Diary

    Once the self-scheduled appointment session is closed, you will have a personalised diary bursting with business opportunities. This appointment diary will be available to view, download and print.

    *Please note that appointments are scheduled to be 20 minutes long with 10 minutes in-between and participants are obliged to attend all appointments once the diary is finalised.
