• Media Guide (Deadline March 8th)

  The Media Guide is both a print and digital brochure of all the exhibitor events, interviews possibilities and press conferences that are taking place at WTM Latin America. The brochure will also bring the latest news from our exhibitors.

  The Media Guide is given to the press and allows them to schedule their time at the event. The brochure is divided in four sessions:

  • Media Diary of Events
  • Exhibitor News
  • Interview Opportunities
  • Press Conferences

• Submit your event information to the Media Diary of Events (Deadline March 8th)

  The Media Diary of Events will bring all the exhibitor events that are taking place at WTM Latin America. To feature in the Media Diary of Events let us know what you have planned. This includes: competitions, interview opportunities, monitoring, networking, photographic opportunities, workshops, press conferences, press receptions or anything else that is happening that you think the press may be interested in.

  Appear in Exhibitor News (Deadline March 8th)

  Are you launching a new product or service or planning to announce innovation at WTM Latin America this year? We want to know. Exhibitor News is a great way to get your news in front of 900+ media in attendance. News also gets shared to our Twitter followers. Simply submit 100 words about your new service or innovation, stating where and when it will be introduced, together with the reasons for the launch.
