Women in Travel

  • Women in Travel

The second edition of Women in Travel is already scheduled to take place on the first day of WTM Latin America 2021. This is one of those rare opportunities when women with different activities in the travel industry can come together to share their experiences with everyone present.

With its focus on establishing a network of relationships that allows women to exchange knowledge, offer guidance and give tips on how to deal with the challenges that the current job market imposes on them, the event includes a conference, panel discussions and a mentoring session in which conversations are very objective, frank and stimulating. This direct exchange, which is characterized by generosity, authenticity and passion, is what makes this event unique.

The focus of the discussions in 2021 will be financial challenges, with testimonies from women in different positions (in companies, NGOs, and startups), and from young women who are at the beginning of their careers. This topic will cover entrepreneurship, female leadership, work and career, and personal and professional development. If you’re interested in the topic or can share your own experience, then please take part in Women in Travel.
